Default "No Available..." text might need to change

Description

With the change to the left nav labels, the default text for no department on the courses listing and for no courses on the department home page may need to change.

For example:

"Currently there are no available courses in this department."

This text may no longer be relevant. Maybe use:

"Currently there are no available items."
