Improve skinnless view

Description

This ticket is meant to track the task of improving the skinless view.

From David Ray:

The skinless_view is a custom document_action that we have created that pulls in data from default Plone *and* ContentLicensing?. The view has been scrubbed to genericize it as much as possible. Due to how the view is generated for the ContentLicensing?, some of the HTML is, in its current state, inflexible. This view call provides all of the licensing, 1 specific Plone CSS class, and one generic inline style.

I have removed some additional cruft from the H1 tag, which is independent of the ContentLicensing? view brought in. At this point in time, there is no time to refactor the view to pull in completely scrubbed HTML. For this release, there will be 1 CSS class (documentByline) that is cruft. Everything else is raw and generic. Inclusion of the class does not harm the skinless view in any way, shape, or form.

Any further chagnes will have to be addressed in the next release (post-eduCommons-2.2).

From Brandon:

Spoke to Wiley--leave the content as is or as in this implementation--there's upside to it on send2wiki use and keeps us out of messing with people's content.

And, look at updating the content licensing product to deal with the css/style and propagate that through to eduCommons.
