Dissociate Header Color from Top Nav Background Color

Description

On the "Customize eduCommons Skin" page, the setting for the Top Nav Background Color also sets all the Header Colors. Instead, tie Front Page Text Color to Header Colors. This makes more sense.

Descriptions were also modified on the "Customize eduCommons Skin" page to reflect the changes. The image map did not need to be changed.
