Description
The FAQ template is horrendously out of date and contains significant errors and problems.
(Problems that have probably propagated through to live, production releases of OCWs using eduCommons from previous releases.)
The entire FAQ needs to be revisited, text and questions revised and updated and checked for consistency.
After the FAQ is updated, production instances should be made aware of the changes and encouraged to reapply the template (if they haven't modified the default FAQ). They should also be made aware of the privacy policy and terms of use that comes with eduCommons (for example Terri Bays at Notre Dame had no idea she had a privacy policy until I pointed it out to her today).
On a related note, the setup instructions should encourage new installers of eduCommons to reapply the templates for (FAQ, About this site, Terms of Use, Feedback) as a crucial step to using eduCommons. If done in the proper order, this will leave the installers with pages that are customized to their sites.

Closing for Tom/Brandon?.

Without knowing what is out of date and what the errors are, this can't be fixed.
Since, in the end, this is content, and not direct engineering, whomever has this new information should make the appropriate edits and hand them off to be implemented.
