Templates: if text format is set to 'plain text' the template html is not displayed.

Description

If the text format is set to 'plain text' and a user applies a template, the html is not shown. Instead, everything is converted to text and displayed. Should change that field when the user applies a template.

Using new objects required that additional javascript be placed in ApplyTemplate_chosen_form.cpt to set the object's field in that template.
