Default IMS Import only imports folders, but no content

The isvisible flag is causing problems. When a Page is set to be ExcludedFromNav? (default), it will import as expected.
When the item is set to NOT ExcludeFromNav? (to display in the left hand nav), the imported Page will fail.

Fixed; was a browser language negotiation issue/setting with LinguaPlone?.

The image actually imported successfully, but none of the 3 course content pages imported. I have attached the IMS export file.
