Change label Customize eduCommons Skins in eduCommons setup

Description

I know there was probably a good reason to label the setting "Customize eduCommons Skin" in the first place, but looking at the rest of the items in the eduCommons setup, it seems as if the label should be "eduCommons Skin Settings" to match the rest of the "settings".

This should have been reported for 2.2.0-rc1.
