Add "portal" to label for "Front Page Testimonial Color"

Description

On Customize eduCommons skin, items 1 and 2 use the labels "Portal Front Page...", Item 4 should probably read "Portal Front Page Testimonial Color" for consistency. (Though it may make more sense to remove the word Portal altogether.
