Display links in Default licenses in Content Licensing

Description

The default site license text in the front-end UI for content licensing, doesn't display the URL pointer to information about the license or the URL pointer to teh image (or display the image). These should be added.

This should have been entered for 2.2.0-rc1.

This issue has been addressed in #315.

Links/images to the license will not be included in this particular location to minimize the UI distractions in an already distraction heavy widget.
