Description
I just made a number of bug reports to capture back end administrator/manager view of this language, but should we do the same thing on the front end.
Everywhere we refer to things in terms of the Portal, not Site.
Should the Content Licensing picker that displays on a metadata tab say "(Portal Default)" and "Portal Default" (notice that both are capitalized)?

Default Plone users site_default; refer to the language setting on the metadata tab.
If anything, we should change instances of Portal to Site, not the inverse, as that would involve customizing additional Plone code.
