On insert link, apply template, and FCK Editor, rich_widget should switch to HTML.

dray and jon, fixed this for both insert link and templates. Waiting on FCK Editor to complete the last part of the ticket.

Insert link, apply template, and FCKeditor all cause the rich_widget to switch to html. Added logic to cpt and cpy files to change the text_text_format object to html.
