WebCT IMS imports don't pull in .ppt content for one of the test packages

One of the WebCT IMS packages I am using doesn't seem to be importing all of its content.

FILE1_GERM1020_DN_2_COURSE_WebCT.zip contains two powerpoint files, but the only file that seems to import is Self-Test.html (this ends up in Material -> Part-Task).

FILE2_GERM3510_AG_1_COURSE_WebCT.zip only imports a syllabus, but this may be the only piece of course content from what I can tell.

FILE3_INST7870_BS_1_COURSE_WebCT.zip imports properly.

FILE4_SPAN3040_JD_1_COURSE_WebCT.zip imports properly.

FILE5_SPAN3550_KK_3_COURSE_WebCT4.zip imports all 143 course objects successfully. But the "Contenido del curso" page that shows in the course navigation looks wrong. It has all this extra HTML showing: <font size="4" color="#0000CC" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Contenido del curso

I am attaching all the IMS files so we can recreate the problems. I don't see any of these problems as show stoppers, but we should take a look at File1 to figure out why the powerpoints are left out of the import.

I couldn't attach the oher files because they are too big. I will put them on the COSL share, along with all the other IMS test files I used.

There was a 3rd level manifest within the WebCT packages. After modifying the transform it now allows all manifests to be processed, regardless of the level.
