Description
Brandon asked me to add this as a request, and to say that Teri from ND has also requested this.
I've noticed that by default, whichever user account creates and works on a course, they appear in the 'creator' field in the meta data. However, when you click on the site/attribute link, the creator field is used in the citation. It would be nice if when a course is created, you could declare a universal 'creator', who would then be the default creator. As it now stands, it appears as if our students were there creators of most of our courses.

A user will now be able to set a flag on the Course metadata page, notating that the Instr is the principal Creator. This cascades down to ALL course objects that include the following metadata value for Creators : (course_default). This value is present upon object instantiation.
The metadata (citation, embedded RDF citation, and Licensing RDF information) now reflect this change as well.
