'UniversalKey' Error when FCK editor is set as default

Description

When you edit any page there is a 'UniversalKey?' Error when the FCK editor is set as default. This can be fixed by removing the 'UniversalKey?' entry in the "FCK Editor Tool Bar Customization" field of the "FCK Editor global configuration" (on the educommons setup page)

The pop-up message says: Unknown toolbar item "Universal Key." I am using the latest version, FCKeditor 2.4.2

This widget must have been removed from FCK in the latest iteration. Removed from our custom toolbar.
