"Display Instructor Email Address" setting appears to have no effect

Description

I check the box for "Display Instructor Email Address" on the edit course page, but I cannot see where this appears anywhere. I even checked the RDF the course exposes. Where is this email address displayed?

I accidentally assigned the wrong milestone when I first added this ticket.

This is not a bug, per se.

The mail is publicly displayed....in metadata expressed in an IMS package.

Remarking as an enchancement for future iterations.
