Pull institution name from "Site title" field on "Site Settings" page

Description

Can we pull the institution name from "Site title" field on "Site Settings" page to populate the FAQ/help page and other top level pages, using tal replace, like we did before? Currently the FAQ content all renders with "Plone site" as the institution name, and this can only be changed be manually editing the content.
