Problem displaying a course page that is in a folder on the left nav

Description

There is a problem displaying a link to a course page that is in a folder on the left nav. Two links are highlighted on the left nav (see attached images) instead of just the current page.

For now, marking this as won't fix. QA inadvertantly created two objects with the same id, one resided within a subfolder, the other at the top level of the course.

Due to the fact we no longer rely on UIDs, but rather friendly URLs, it is possible to create this behaviour. Should be a training issue, for now.
