IMS import does not maintain the left nav links

Description

IMS import does not maintain the left nav links. The course I exported had three, and after doping an IMS import I don't see any in the left nav.

The imported objects were not being indexed properly in the upload. A reindex with the indexes to reindex was added to the import so that each object is now properly added to the index.
