Copying/pasting course objects not working

Description

Copying/pasting course objects is not working. It seems to copy OK, but the message I get is: Unauthorized to paste item(s) when I try to copy a course page from the root contents of a course and paste it into a folder. This error also happens when copy/pasting between courses.

A Producer can now paste Courses, and Course objects within an eduCommons instance.

Fixed in 2.0.0 RC4
