From Brandon: My photos zip upload doesn't display the index.htm page, but the thumbnails page does display and overwrites the background...why?

I was able to recreate this bug with the attached file. The problem here has to do with the way Plone strips out everything except what is between the body tags. This includes frames, javascript, and metadata in the header tags (in this case it was frames). When this happens it should be noted in the log file that is created when importing content.

This is default Plone behavior. The information outside of body tags is stripped out, and if plone finds frames the whole page is stripped.
