ValueError: is not a html string

Description

Uploading a certain html file with head tags (see attached) produced this site error: "ValueError?: is not a html string" This is where it seems to have thrown the error: Module Products.ATContentTypes.lib.validators, line 280, in unwrapValueFromHTML
